“When I first started riding my bike, my first obstacle was fear.

1: Of being too old.

2: Of hurting myself.

3: Of not being fit enough.

I am not the easiest person to coach but despite appearances I did listen to and apply the coaching knowledge given to me by Adam.

From general support whilst riding to technical advice and gym sessions I have found his guidance incredibly helpful.

Now, alongside my own determination and consistent riding at least once a week over the past 18 months I am:

1: Stronger.

2: Faster.

3: More confident.

Not quite fearless but getting there”
